Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Pathological Cardiac Hypertrophy in Rats with Chronic Heart Failure
In order to study the effect of aerobic exercise on pathological cardiac hypertrophy in rats with chronic heart failure, SPF male Wistar rats are randomly selected as experimental subjects, and heart failure model and aerobic exercise model are constructed. Rats are divided into four groups. The indexes of each group are observed, and the myocardial tissue is detected and analyzed. The results show that compared with sham operation, the heart failure group has some symptoms, such as weight loss, and myocardial hypertrophy, and the symptoms are reduced after aerobic exercise (P < 0.05). RT-RCR and WB assay show that the expression of β-1 in heart failure group is significantly lower than that in sham-operated group, while the expression of β-1 in aerobic exercise group is significantly higher than that in quiet heart failure group (P < 0.01). Therefore, through this study, it is found that aerobic exercise can significantly alleviate the symptoms of heart failure. Although there are still some shortcomings in the research process, it still provides a direction for the alleviation and improvement of symptoms of chronic heart failure in later period.
